How Can I Track my Package?
After you purchase ExerTies, you will receive an email with the option to track your package from our shipping carrier. Please allow for 3 business days for tracking information to update. It will not display information if your package has not left our factory yet.
According to Tracking, My Package Has Been Delivered but I Haven't Received It Yet. What Do I Do?
Unfortunately, this happens sometimes. We're sorry for the confusion. Sometimes, shipping carriers will mark something as delivered when it's still out for delivery. In the meantime, we suggest checking your porch, garage, front and back doors, and anywhere else you can think of for your package. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of a delivery notification, email us.

Can You Delay Shipping?
We do not offer delayed shipping at this time.
Do You Offer Free Return Shipping?
We do not currently offer returns due to the personal nature of the product. However, we do offer refunds. Please see our return and refund policy for more information.
